MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

We are never wrong in taking care of our mental health especially, in times when some people address us as an overacting individual.

A lot of things could trigger the peace that we have. However, do we really have the peace that we need? Or, do we have an idea of what we really needed?Often times, we are not much aware of what we are going through.

Some people are not aware of their condition, and a lot of people are not aware of what other people are trying to cope up with. For the reason that, people that are battling in silence are not ready to be vulnerable nor ask for some help.

The importance of being aware of our mental health is important as taking care of ourselves physically. There will be days where we felt lonely and alone, but the truth is, we are not. Sometimes, we also need to ask for help; to be responsible of ourselves.

Our attention in being sensitive with the things that we thought were just normal could save lives.
In an instance, some of our friends were not being lazy or boring every time they refuse to hang out and if they chose to never involve their selves in any social gatherings. We do not know that this is just one of many symptoms of depression. Obviously, with this example that if we are aware, we could help them or ask help for them.

Mental health awareness enables us to understand the symptoms of depression and other mental health problem of each and everyone of us. Also, awareness help us to avoid triggering people who suffer with these problems. We can help them by being sensitive and making them feel heard, seen and find a professional help and enough support system so that, they won’t feel that they are alone; that they don’t need to be alone.

WE SHOULD STOP THE STIGMA OF NEGLECTING MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS AND START VALIDATING THEIR FEELINGS. WE SHOULD START TO AWARE OURSELVES OF THE PEOPLE WHO SUFFERS ALONE BECAUSE OF THE FEAR OF GETTING NEGLECTED AND CRITICIZE.
